Enlightenment Capital's portfolio company Vistronix, a provider of intelligence and technology solutions to national security and civilian agencies in the federal space, has acquired NetCentric Technology and Kimmich Software Systems. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Enlightenment Capital, an aerospace, defense & government focused investment firm based in the Washington, DC area, announced that its portfolio company Vistronix has acquired NetCentric Technology, Inc. and Kimmich Software Systems, Inc. (KSSI). Vistronix is a leading provider of intelligence and technology solutions to national security and civilian agencies in the federal space. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
NetCentric Technology is a New Jersey-based technology company specializing in cloud computing architectures, big data analytics, and cyber security engineering for customers focused on tactical intelligence and the C4ISR mission. NetCentric places Vistronix at the forefront of capabilities and technologies that assist C4ISR and intelligence organizations in innovating and implementing cost effective mission solutions.
