Founded in 2004, Agency Consulting Group provides cloud computing analytics, critical systems infrastructure and specialized mission solutions to the intelligence community, and its engineers are certified in Citrix, VMware, Linux and Solaris, Vistronix said in a release.
The McLean Group was a financial advisor to Agency Consulting Group.
Vistronix's second acquisition is of a company called Objective Solutions Inc. (OSI), a solutions provider for the intelligence community in the areas of big data, cyber, collection and advanced analytics.
The acquisition will allow Vistronix to deliver solutions from a broader platform and let the company to serve more clients in more markets, Vistronix said.
OSI will double Vistronix's presence at Fort Meade, Md., according to the company, expanding its operations with subject matter expertise in data analytics, wireless security, communications protocol analysis, real-time secure messaging, and other areas.
