Enlightenment Capital said Aug. 17 that it has sold its portfolio company, Vistronix Intelligence & Technology Solutions, to ASRC Federal. Financial terms weren’t announced. Reston, Virginia-based Vistronix provides national security systems, solutions, and services to the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Federal Civilian agencies.

Chevy Chase, MD – August 17th, 2016: Enlightenment Capital, an aerospace, defense, and government-focused investment firm based in the Washington, DC area, announced that it has sold its portfolio company, Vistronix Intelligence & Technology Solutions (“Vistronix”), to ASRC Federal, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (“ASRC”). Vistronix is a leading provider of national security systems, solutions, and services to the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Federal Civilian agencies. ASRC Federal’s family of companies provide engineering, information technology, logistics and professional/program management services to help government customers achieve mission success.
