Enlightenment Capital, an Aerospace, Defense, Government & Technology (ADG&T) investment firm based in the Washington, DC area, announced it has made a strategic investment in Cryptic Vector, a provider of full spectrum offensive cyber, electronic warfare, and secure radio frequency communications solutions for the Intelligence Community (“IC”) and Department of Defense (“DoD”).
